Concept: Reclaiming River of Dancing Dolphins (Matanzas)The Art Pod has dicussed having an art show of pieces celebrating and illustrating the original native name for the Matanzas River, which name sadly reminds us of the Spanish slaughter incident with the French in 1565.
We welcome ideas for art pieces to be produced to reserrect the name that refrlects the natural description of this important and vital body of water. We also are looking for a space that would house a show of this work for one month.

I imagine Dancing Dolphins is the Indian translation, but it would be interesting to see the actual Indian name? Please spell it out with a phonetic pronunciation.
