The NLA Wellness Exchange will meet Monday September 17, 2007. Time: 7:00 pm. Location: St. Augustine Record building meeting room State Road 312. Networking, discussion, community announcements. The speaker will be Laurence Layne, who will present on Chi Kung, an oriental breath/movement/exercise technique that builds energy, fitness, and health.
